I’m lucky enough be friends with the owners everything they make is incredible. Based in Charlotte, NC, they farm everything themselves in their backyard right in the city & have super cool flavours. One of my faves is After Dark, a richly spiced sauce, with hot & building heat & vanilla to round it out, so so good.
